Ambitions Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a Director of Inclusion be a champion for inclusive provision for all young people across our schools.
The Director of Inclusion will support the Trust with implementing all aspects of statutory guidance for education and Trust policy relating to inclusion and SEND, including their websites. They will be a champion for inclusive provision for all young people across the Trust, supporting our mission to deliver on equality of opportunity.

This role requires an individual with significant recent and relevant experience as a substantive senior or executive leader. You should have a successful and proven track record of SEND and inclusion leadership, with demonstrable impact.
The ideal candidate will also evidence how they have supported all aspects of inclusion to successfully meet the needs of pupils with complex special educational, social, and emotional needs.
Essential the role is the ability to lead, challenge and inspire school leaders, securing buy-in for activities and initiatives, and communicating well with stakeholders at all levels.
You will have strong organisational skills, and demonstrate diligence, tenacity, enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation.
